recorded message begins mid sentence. "IRS has filed a lawsuit against you".... essentially same message in posts below. These kind of messages are going to alarm some poor old person or someone uninformed of the ways of scams.

(Unassigned on Caller ID) on Mon. 8/31/15 @ 6:58am & I Hungup since I don't answer Unwanted Annoying Phone Calls on my Unlisted Phone number & they called back again Mon. 8/31/15 @ 11:43am & automated recording (robo-call) left message "The Reason of this call is to inform you IRS is filing lawsuit against you, to get more information about case file, please call immediately on our department number at (314)-449-9358 I Repeat (same phone number ***9358) - Thank you". Impolite Harasser called & used my last voicemail is "Full" & Reported to DONOTCALL.GOV & FCC.GOV/COMPLAINTS to stop any IRS Scams at http://www.irs.gov/uac/Tax-Scams-Consumer-Alerts.
