Called cell phone -- didn't answer it because I didn't know who was calling -. Has called since for the last seven days and just hangs up when I don't answer. Blocked them today.
I have no idea who this number belongs to because I never answer a call from a number I don't know. I do not know anyone in this area code nor do I do any business with any company in that area.
