The caller identifies herself as a rep from Wells Fargo from Loan Modification. She called 8 pm centtral time from a landline in the St. Louis MO area. This is a scam. Do not release any information. I had a similiar call two days prior from Long Beach CA claiming he was also a rep from Wells Fargo.
Misrepresents themselves as a representative from Wells Fargo, then states they are taking a survey to help better serve me in the future. We I called him out on the misrepresentation, he hung up before I could ask for a supervisor. Very suspicious
Called and had pretty personal information about an experience I had with Wells Fargo. Makes me think they might be legit, but they acted pretty rude on the phone, so I wouldn't give them any personal information.
