This call was from the Congressional Liason for the VA. It was a call to settle a claim complaint. She did leave a message.

It is confirmed. The call is from VA at St. Louis, Missouri. I submitted a clothing allowance question at the VA website and a representative called me from that number to answer it. I was a little bit confused thinking about if that was true or not but the lady had access to my VA records during our call.

I received a call from that number and called them back and got no answer. My number is 618-713-4789

The number is from the US Gov't Veteran Affairs Medical Center.
