Who called from 3147145781

I got this call today 9/23/13 and it was supposedly a "public service announcement" about not having the right insurance and they could do better.

This is a scam! They claim to be collectors but they are scammers. Do NOT, FOR ANY REASON, give your checking account number, debit/credit card number etc.

I didnt't answer call, they did not leave a message. I called back and a recording said "the number you have dialed is not in service, please check your number and try again". Has to be a scam, why not answer their calls.

Please put this number on unwanted call list 314-714-5781 to not call me.!!!!
