Its a collection agent........I called and got an answer.

It's Frontier Communications collections, formerly Verizon North land-line telephone company,

My account with Verizon has a $0 balance and I've had them for almost 12 years now. No accounts in collection yet still received a call from this number

I do not, nor have I ever had Verizon... Why am I getting calls then?

I keep getting calls but they aren't leaving messages. We've never had Verizon. Wonder what the story is. They call during work hours so Im not sure how I'll figure that out.
