They're still calling. But now my phone only rings once and "nomorobo" takes the call. Great service; so glad I signed up for it. I'm only bothered by the 1st ring. Never have to listen to all the rings. Never have to hear their automated system "talk" to my answering machine. Used to be Rachael telling me this is my last and final opportunity to take advantage of the stimulus package. Say what? I've talked to them previously and all they are really after is your credit card number. They are still spoofing the phone number to make it look like they are in my area.
This phone number came up 2 times on Caller ID when I was not home. Tonight I was home - they hung up. I called them back - they got shy. Does anyone have any information about this? When I did the reverse look-up it merely says it is a "Verizon Business".
I believe they are are seeking donations for research but voice would not stop talking so I could inquired who they were and how did they got my number. I don't think it was a recording. I hung up and called back....they disconnected my call twice.
This is a scam call. They want to lower my credit card interest rates. Same recording as all the other calls, Only this time they spoofed a phone number from my own area code. They're everywhere!
