Who called from 3149320060

New scam number from St Louis.  We NEVER answer unknown calls regardless of the area code.  We're in S California.
Also, we never call the scammers back.  If you do, that will assure them that you have a live, working telephone number...a number that can be sold to other criminals and /or used again at a later date.
Have now blocked the entire 314 area code.

CID = CARD ASSIST.  New number, same old robocall credit card scam.

the number just called 1/18/17.  did not answer.

Card Assist Award Center - VISA - left message on answering machine. Message is: "Credit card award center from VISA. Congratulations, we've been monitoring your payment history for past 6 months and we are offering a 0% interest on all credit cards."  What a load of garbage.  They are now blocked.

Credit Assist.  I wanted to give them a hard time but when I answered the phone, a recording said..."Good bye".  Now I will put them on block list.
