Just got a call from this number said there was a complaint against me and wanted me to call another number for documents. Told her I was driving and couldnt write. She asked if she could call me later and give me the number then she sounded disappointed I couldn't take it now.
This "supposed company" called my father several times saying that I must call back within 2 hours because there had been a complaint filed against me. They gave him a case number and tried to make it sound official. This is not the first time that scammers have called my parents. Years ago I was fooled and sent money to one of them and now I think we are on some type of scam list.
If someone is going to take you to court, put you in jail, or serve papers on you they will have it come to your house. It is a bunch of baloney these types of thieves calling and phishing over the phone. They prey upon peoples fears to get money out of them. Do NOT ever give information or money to these people! Warn your family about them too.
This 888-751-4964 number mentioned above dated March 17, 800notes leads back to a CID of JE Group or J & E. This "Logistics Locating" is mentioned on 866-340-3728, 800notes along with something called Johnson and Edwards. Something called LLC also calls from 318-707-8570. See: http://findwhocallsyou.com/2512799181 which also mentions Logistics Locating. There is no Logistics Locating Incorporated that I can find in the records of the Secretary of State of California.

Serious debt scammers. Constant threats of civil and sometimes criminal process. Ignore and block ady calls from this group or the phantom Logistics Location Corporation or LLC.
My ex husbands girlfriend (whom we are on good terms) got a call saying this number called her saying they are looking for me to summon me. Gave her a case# and I asked how they got her number. Megan stated they do searches like the sheriff office and get people that I have contacted and get a hold of them. Umm for one they should never give anyone info on anything. And how did they know my current address which if they can get a number I've recently contacted I'm sure it's not hard to get an address.
These callers are scamming debt collectors. They have nothing to do with any law
enforcement agency. They are basically trying to scare some money out of you. Don't fall for it. Ignore and block the calls.
Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a dime until the debt is validated
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.
Call from Susan from 817-710-3571 rattling off I am being served by a Marjorie Gillam, who I've never heard of. Told me to get a pen and a piece of paper to write down the case number. I asked her who she was, she stated Susan from Logistics Locators, a third party locator service. I told her I didn't know a Marjorie Gillam, she very quickly stated she'd mark this down as fraud and hung up.
