Got similar call from 323 503 4140: Guy said he was from something like "LA County Lodge Fraternal Order of Police." I kept asking him questions such as is he a 501(c)3, if I Googled the name on the Internet what would I discover, who was his parent organization, etc? With each questions he had to pause because he had to go "off his script" and didn't have a good answer. Told him I though this was likely a scam and hung up. Don't fall for this one.
