IRS scam...told me that I must pay $500 within 2 hours or I'd be arrested for $2000 in back taxes. I asked for a supervisor and was told "supervisors are angry and don't play and I don't want to talk to them". Was also told that if I hang up it's refusal to pay and sending sheriff to my house.
Who is this really calling? I really wouldn't think that the IRS would call you on a cell phone number instead of reaching by mail first ? Anyone know or maybe has had the same # call you?
