I got a call on my voice mail from Steve Martin, alledgedy from the treasury dept saying the same garbage,he had an Indian accent. The number was in L.A. California. A definite scam!
Uh, did Steve tell you that women are particularly vulnerable (are you implying that women are stupid?).The phone calls are random - millions of calls made in a day.
I did this1! told him I was terrified, how could they help me? then after a few minutes said "ya know I've changed my mind, sitting here with two loaded guns, send whoever you want but say goodbye to them" they hung up
Received a call from this number at 10:39 Eastern time on October 20, 2015. Someone identifying himself as Steve Martin left a message indicating that a lack of response from us would be interpreted as a second attempt to avoid appearing before a judge, magistrate, or grand jury regarding some unspecified Treasury Department issue. We did return his call; there was no answer after more than a dozen rings. We live in Ohio.
