Have had calls from this # four or five times - one time that it was recorded it gave me the 'pitch' almost three complete times. I'd like to call them back and mess with them but not sure how ingenious they are to take some type of possible revenge for what I want to say. :-)
Received a call from "Steve Martin" suggesting I call him back at (323) 284-5627 regarding a notice I reportedly ignored from the Treasury Dept. He asked that I call him to avoid an appearance before a magistrate. Had a heavy accent.
Received a call from this number. I reside in Bergen County, NJ. I plan on bringing this to the attention of the Bergen County Prosecutor's office.

Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
