yeah i recorded the message on my phone and the same guy david schultz told me that all my licences will be suspended and that im in litigation and that i have 24 hrs to call and that they will hold it until i see a judge.. I have contacted the BBB and the Attry general. ans as soon as i told the girl ann washington that i was reading up on them she said how you are in a disclosed location i said you have a 323 number that's Los Angeles. she also had the odasity to tell me that she knows that i have a 401k and that i can pay them
Please beware. They called me said they were Litigation Services collecting for Citibank Mastercard. Number was 323-300-5792 ext 223, man's name was Steve Cash. Gave me a Mastercard number said I owed $15K. Said I had to pay at least a third of it by tomorrow before it went to court. Had all my info, address, phone and SOCIAL!!!!! What the heck?!?! I don't have anything EVER from Citibank on my credit report. I called them and they said the account number Steve Cash gave me doesn't exist and never did!!!! I'm terrified of what they are going to do next. Have to report it with the district attorney in the morning and have added a fraud tag to my credit report and set it to notify me of any activity. Any other suggestions of how to better protect myself from what they might do?
