got a voice mail from "Tony Fernandez" saying that I was being sued and needed to call before they located me to settle, that it if they located me first it would be too late. He even called my ex-wife (from 22 years ago!) sounded fishy so I looked them up, glad I did!
Tony Fernandez? These lowlifes are using the names of retired baseball players to scam you out of your money. I wonder who will get a call from Derek Jeter.
I dealt with this place and probably spoke to all of them while I tried to figure out where they were as the address they give is phony according to building management in LA. I spoke with Ann Washington and a Karen Greer and a man named David. I believe there are only three people there as the other extensions never answer. I would say this is a scam. To this day over a month later people are still reporting to me that they are receiving calls for me about debts. I believe they have changed numbers and this one is no longer the one they are calling from as the number that is calling for me now is different.I have made a new post on that number as well.
They called me twice. They called my wife, my mom, my dad and two of my brothers today. They are a total scam. They say they are working with the county court. I know better then to pay attention to these people. they are really good at scaring you and I hope someone doesn't fall into their trap. They are not listed on my credit report so they won't receive a penny from me.
They aren't listed on your credit report but they may have stolen it. You should report this number to the authorities this sounds like an ID/credit card fraud ring .
