This is a collection agency. They do all types of collections, and are not owned by Gold's Gym, as John J noted above. Mr. Black does work there, he helped me out with a medical bill that was in collections. In my dealings with him and his company I learned that they represent 1,000's of clients. Its is unfair to group him in with Gold's Gym. You shouldn't hold him responsible for what you consider to be unfair practices by one particular client. He was extremely nice (by debt collector standards) to my husband and me.
They both work out in my gym, great couple who are a real scream and love the locker rooms. Just don't leave your dimes and nickles in your locker while your working out.
