I responded to NJ Craigslist Personal Asst Ad, requesting where the home office was located and my response wasn't clearly answered. I find this highly suspicious and thank everyone else for posting. I had no telephone calls. just email correspondence.
Now Mark is Toni and coming to Las Vegas. I was hella excited until I got the last couple emails and it seemed to good to be true. Then I got smart and searched the cell number and all of this came up ahah. Maybe I will see how good his fake checks are and try to cash them, not.
yea i decided to search the number before i sent any info cause the message i got seemed like the guy really didn't have an education, but yet seem to own a furniture store haha, [***] for all i know guy could be an illegal trying to run from the new law in Cali lol
LMAO Yup I decided to search for the number before doing anything as well. The email I recieved is from Toni Adams for personal assistant. I swear IDK who it is that is more retarded - the scammers using the same things over and over or the ppl that actually fall for the scams before doing any research. This one though got a little further with me as it came with an actual application form to make it seem more legit.
I decided to email this guy back and let him know that I did a little research and found he was a flake. I let him know that I posted online about his scam and that I have an IT friend getting me his IP address so that I can get him turned in and he responded with an email that said "[***] YOU IDIOT" nice professionalism there dude LOL
How funny! I was just "hired" as Toni's "personal assistant" this morning and was given a list of things that I needed to purchase. He also said my first task after giving him an estimate of the cost of these things was to meet him on yaho messenger. I can't believe there are actually people out there that have no life whatsoever and are trying to scam others that are just out there trying to make an extra buck. What a jerk!
