from the efloortrade google searches it appears efloortrade has gone to great lengths and has been granted an ex/parte injunction (chillingeffects.org) to remove what they claim are defamatory or slanderous internet posts. This is a method some attorneys use to remove posts for there guilty clients. This can keep the public ignorant and expose them to possible criminal activity. (Ex/parte) means the injunction was granted without giving the defendants any chance to prove what they say is true. From the research it looks like efloortrade has a tendency to be directly or indirectly involved with criminal activities. If i was efloortrade or John Moore i would need to cover my butt with a cease and desist injunction too. Criminals get way too much protection from our civil and criminal justice system.
This number and its "co-worker's" number 323-545-9531 have called for my spouse when my spouse has been unavailable. I'd like to know who is calling and why. They won't leave their name and will hang up if I simply try to write down the purpose of their call before I pass the msg on that they called.
I get calls from CTI daily day and night. Often will get disconnected as soon as I answer. Today a representative hung up on me in the middle of my request to take us off the call list. I tried calling back and only get a busy signal.
I am a supervisor with an electronics provider in WA. I have traded 3 of CTI's programs,The Jaguar, Lion and Victory Systems. Jaguar is far too aggressive, it trades more than 30-40 times a month with a 30% win ratio. Lion and Victory are very similiar in that they trade roughly 4-8 times per month. Between the Lion and Victory Systems over the last 6 yrs I have seen moderate success. At the end of the day its the slippage factor and tax liability that take their toll on your profit. But to their credit, they have made me money since I joined. On the Lion program (pre tax after commission) I have averaged 18% per year the last six years. On the Victory program I have averaged about 8.5% per month thus far. I see that many of the comments here are referring to their marketing. From my experience with them I can simply conclude that they have some programs that work and others that dont. What I'm really interested in knowing is who among you is in something similar that is doing well? Is there anyone here that can provide any recommendations for anything that has been working well for them? I am always looking for new opportunities.
