I just got this call too. My heart skipped a beat. Thank goodness I see that I am not the only one and that this is probably just a scam. I would think if a restraining order were placed against me I would have had to have it given to me directly? I'm not sure. Never had one. But I will not worry about it.
Got message to call within 4 hours pr they would put a restraining order against me and contact mu employer to garnish my wages . if i or my attorney did not call
I received the same call and message just 30 minutes ago from 330-205-7460. I do not recommended anyone calling the number back. That will just open the door for them to call and harass you even more. If what they say in their message is legit and legal they would send you something in the mail, or you will receive a knock at your door by law enforcement to serve you with court documents. Know your rights and always use your common sense when you receive these types of calls.
I just received the same message. I called back immediately, since they said I only had 4 hours to respond. I can't even leave a message since their voice mail is full. The voice mail greeting doesn't identify the company. I googled the number, and I found this site. I hope they don't have any more personal information besides our phone numbers. Has anyone reported this to the authorities??
I received a call from this number they threatened me and said if I didn't call within 4 hours they would put a restraining order against me and call my employer to garnish funds....not sure who they are but when I did call the number back it was just a mailbox and the mailbox was full....
