I just got this call too. My heart skipped a beat. Thank goodness I see that I am not the only one and that this is probably just a scam. I would think if a restraining order were placed against me I would have had to have it given to me directly? I'm not sure. Never had one. But I will not worry about it.
Posting here won't cause any "action" to take place against these people. All of you receiving this call actually need to "take action." Call your LEA (police, FBI, etc). STOP answering these calls. BLOCK the number. Hell, call your local news channel (do they have a "Channel Five on YOUR side" type of thing? Most cities do.)
Once the government is back up, report it to their websites, as well.

Identical call here in Idaho at about 9:30am. Call your local FBI field office. Here in Boise that got on local news to warn people. Last year a co-worker fell for this to the tune of nearly $1, 000... $500 for the loan, plus interest and attorney fees. Of course he's a nice guy, but he's an example of why they keep at this: some people fall for it and pay. Besifes the FBI, they recommended writing or calling the local paper and news ststions to get them to sound a warning bell. As I said, the news here picked it up. Let's hope few people get tricked. Gotta love the holidays, that's when they do this the most. Santa, can I please have a phone that can detect bad guys and blow an air-horn in their ears if they call?
I received the call this morning on my way to work and I panicked. Then I had to think why would I need to call you back in 4 hours and also why issue a restraining order. How can I respond to a call and cannot get through. If this is legitimate why is there a name associated with the number.
Received the same call today. VM lasted 45sec and said they would put a restraining order against me and you return the call and the mailbox is full. SCAM!!!
Came up as private number. Left a message to call them back at 330-205-7460 something about a restraining orderand contacting my employer. I see they been calling everybody.
