It looks like many people use this number to harass people - in my case - she is a White woman in her 30s with the initial KTD, and is a licensed social worker who lives in NYC. I hope in your case it is not her because she is relentless in her need to be hurtful and cause drama.

It's the user of an app called Mustache - they let users send anonymous texts through their app. Email the Mustache app people at [email protected], tell them the phone number and one of the texts you received (verbatim), and they can block the user. LMK if that doesn't work.
