That number called me, the person was rude and I have no debt. How can I get them to stop calling? I am already on the national do not call list, what else can I do?
Threatening robocall about how "the paperwork has not been returned" and "you MUST call xxxx or dial 1 to be connected with our representatives".
Dialed 1. Got more robo-prompts. They have a "Pre-legal" department. That says it all. It says they are a bottom feeder collection agency misrepresenting themselves as lawyers.
Other posts report this as yet another payday loan scam.
They left a very horrible threating voicemail and yet I wasn't the person they were looking for. Hello I am not Louis watever. I am ALEX. So don't threaten me you bunch of fake lawyers from equity solutions and processing. Go find your Louis guy on another cell number.
They are calling both my phone and my daughter's phone leaving threatening messages. These are about some sealed papers. They have also threatened to go to the work place. They also call from a variety of different phone numbers. It sounds like a scam to me; just to get your information.
I just got a call from some guy with the last name horowitz, who is supposedly an independent "locator" of people. He needs to contact me for some seal documents as well at either my home address or place of work. The funny part is that he is willing to travel to my place of work to deliver these documents but he wont travel to my house and do it? Either way, they got the wrong person so I dont care. Its so obvious a scam though. Hopefully no one falls for it.
Just got a call from 330-248-7007. A voice mail message was left. This is what it said:
"Hello, my name is Carl Warwicks. I am an independent locator and I have been contracted to deliver you a set of sealed documents to either your home address or your place of employment. I prefer not to come to an employer if I do not have to. But the home address I have one file, I am unable to reach you at. I really don't know if you are avoiding me on purpose or intentionally or really what the case is. Regardless of that, I need you to please call the pursuing party as soon as you receive this message at 1-888-402-6919 and have them advise me on how I am to proceed. You can also press any button to dial into their number." There was a silent pause for a couple seconds. Then, the exact message repeated.
