They left a very horrible threating voicemail and yet I wasn't the person they were looking for. Hello I am not Louis watever. I am ALEX. So don't threaten me you bunch of fake lawyers from equity solutions and processing. Go find your Louis guy on another cell number.
These people have been calling our cell phones and my parents home. Same stories as other posts.....sealed documents, investigative locator, wants to verify the home address to serve my husband the papers, etc....These people are back at it......they did this a few months ago to my husband and threatened to have him arrested at his place of employment, then said they would see him in court. Well, neither happened. I did some research and the company is Equity Solutions (aka slimy debt collectors). Don't bother to try to get info out of these people either, they will only give you fake names and addresses. My husband had his identity stolen and numerous payday loans were taken out in his name and now they want my husband to pay them back. We have police reports in regards to the ID theft, so they can try all they want. For those of you who are also dealing with these people and company, please file complaints against them with the FTC and your local SA office. That's what we were told to do and have done so. DO NOT verify anything for them! If they were legit, they would have all your information and could proceed in a legal manner. Read up on the FDCPA.....you will soon see that they violate a lot of the rules of the FDCPA. Hope someone can put a stop to them eventually!!
That number called me, the person was rude and I have no debt. How can I get them to stop calling? I am already on the national do not call list, what else can I do?
