has called 3 times now, no answer, no background sounds.

Calls randomly and no one will answer the other end.

has called a few times a day for about a week now. Calls 2 or 3 different numbers in my office - not sure what he is trying to do. Today I answered and he asked to speak with one of my co-workers. Not sure what the deal is. When I don't answer, he never leaves a voicemail.

called my office - i answered because it appeared to be local - no one on the other end

phone rang, no one one on other end.  Lots of static though.
