Left voice mail said fraud case against me involving my social security number and phone number and I better call them ...... I called the number back and they did have my name, buy it told them it was the wrong number..... it's got to be a scam.....
Received a call from a Anthony Atwell about having a payday loan a few years ago. They gave a old employer, name, ssn, drivers license, and asked if I wanted to make payment arrangements. When I asked for verification they could not provide anything and said in order to provide I would be admitting guilt. This is a scam.
"The following message is intended for ___ ____ ______ ______ my name is Anthony Atwell um I need to do what is known as a process of service with you here in my office now according to the federal law you do have a right to have your attorney present however to schedule this with me voluntarily you can reach me here in my office at 216-370-7413 now um if I fail to hear from you or your retained attorney of record I will document that you waive your right to counsel, submit this issue to the state of Michigan in Saginaw county for further action. Govern yourself accordingly....good luck"

I have also received the same VM from the 1-330-271-6800 and when I called them back after getting another phone call from Vicki Woods and tried tracing that number (+1 216-370-7413) no records were found for that number. It seems when you call one or the other number you get the same people. Stated I owed for a loan I did not take out and that I would be contacted by my courts.??? What kind of [***] is that, the company name used was Equity Funding and I didn't find anything on them either. Odd part is they had old information on a bank account from 10 years ago and they had my full SS# and address. Little did they know I recorded the whole phone call. I am meeting with a lawyer tomorrow and letting them listen to the voice mails and the phone call.
Got a call from 330-277-5060.said they were from able,miller and associates.said if I did not send them $1340 I would be sitting in jail by friday 11/18/2016.I have no clue what they are yapping about.wish our government would catch these people.
