yep- a "natual sounding" robocall from "Jason" at GE security. They've been using NE Ohio area codes lately, an identical robocall pitch has been coming in from 216-282-0704. Sucks because I'm in NE Ohio..8-(

keep calling, eventhough i told them more than 6 times that i am not interested and to stop calling. several times i was told that they are putting me on dnc list. but calls keep coming.
This # called today it is Spam-Home Security
I answered & they hung up on me.
I called them back.
The caller answered as Andy. It kind of sounded like a recording.
I asked if I was speaking to a recording or human. He said human.
I told him that this 3 just called but I was hung up on.
He apologized.
I immediately asked to be on the DO NOT CALL LIST 4/8 & asked for the caller's name (Andy). I asked his last name or emploee ID # & he hung up on me again.
I called back again.
Andy answered again.
I immediately asked to not be hung up on again, to be on the do not call list, & to speak to a manager.
Andy assured me that I was not going to be called back.
He transferred me to a manager.
I asked the manager not to hang up on me, asked his name (John Quarter).
He had a very strong Indian accent, so I asked if that was his real name. He said yes.
I told him that I had been hung up on twice.
He apologized. I told him I wanted to make a complaint against Andy.
He said ok (yeah, right).
I demanded to be put on the do not call list.
He assured me (yeah right).
I told him that if I was called again that I would make a complaint against the company.
These people have called me several times in the past & I have asked to not be called anymore. It has done no good.
Harassment.
