Keep calling....can't call back ...non working number. BLOCK this number!

Answered with our company's name and my department.  Silence, silence and more silence....then 'click' disconnect.

They keep calling the phone where I work and I am the receptionist. I answer the phone like I would for any other call and then all I hear is silence. Eventually either I hang up or the person on the other line hangs up. This is ridiculous.
