First time to receive a call from this number. I screened the call, but they left no msg. When that happens, I am 100% sure the caller does not have proper or legitimate intentions.

Just received a call from this number. Could barely understand what they were saying. Were asking for me by my maiden name so I am fairly certain this is either a telemarketer or a scam call. When I called the number back, I got a message saying to leave my name, number and reason for calling and "God Bless".
Someone saying that they are a local organization that passes out little teddy bears to kids who have been in car accidents and let them have the bears until the ambulance gets there.. something like that.. begging for donations.
I made the mistake of answering this call. The guy said he was from Telecom and something about kids. When I said I wasn't buying anything he yelled, "Well I ain't sellin you nuthin!". I hung up. DO NOT ANSWER.
