I was in the Canton area recently and thought this might be a call regarding personal business. Decided to let it go to voice mail and am glad I did. When I called the number back, I got the "disconnected" recording. Obviously a scam. So sick of scams. It's why I generally screen ALL my calls. Sucks that our personal phones for which we pay a lot of money have been held hostage by these people. Congress needs to act!!!
