I do have plots with one of the local cemeteries under this company. The local cemetery is wonderful. Unfortunately, the parent company, Stonemor Partners, SUCKS. While the local company is willing to work with you if you have trouble making payments, the parent company seems to have no idea what "Customer Service" seems to mean, and will call you EVERY MONTH regarding your payments. All you can really do is ignore the parent company and just continue working with the local company. Thing is, I paid off all my plots last year, so I don't understand why they're suddenly calling now. Not to mention that unlike when they call regarding missed payments, the caller ID this time, only said, "Burial Planning." I already planned my burial, and my pets' burials. I don't need them calling me, and if I need anything else, I'll call the local office, not them!
These jerks keep calling just like everyone else has stated. I don't GAF what they're selling. I told them TWICE to quit calling me and of course they won't so I reported their number to the FCC as spam. Here's the link to file this number with the FCC as spam. Maybe if enough of us do this, they will stop calling.
