Received this call also. Asked that I return the call to 330-494-9494. Did not return the call. If they cannot tell me their name, they do not deserve the courtesy for a call-back.
Received a call this morning from a man named Brian who identified himself as being from the Stark County Credit Bureau. The call came up on my cell phone as "Restricted" so naturally I did not answer it.
"Brian" stated he was from the Stark County Credit Bureau and IMMEDIATELY I knew it was a credit collections attempt because living in Stark County I know that the county does NOT have it's own credit bureau and I've previously seen advertising for this company as a credit collections company.
He left me the number of 330-494-9494 Ext. 314 as his direct call back number.
They try to make it sound all official to scare people into calling them back; like "oh no the credit bureau called me, I better call them back to make sure someone isn't stealing my credit" so on and so forth.
I don't scare and I am not wasting my time calling them back.
I have a gazillion dollars of medical bills from last year when I broke my hip and had MRSA, that my insurance company refuses to pay.
Too Bad, so Sad for them.
Whatever happened to the days when medical bills could not go on your credit?
Just received this number on my cell phone. It left and 800# to call back on but it was cut off (I think it was 800-261-6120 but that number says its not available from my calling area?) I have no idea who or what this was about.
I got the same call, but also didn't call back. I googled and found a web site that had an email to contact a person, and when I send them a message that I did not want to hear from them again I got it back as non deliverable. Ther web site looks legit.
Complete creeps! They start out slow. then 3 times a day. They are likes rocks. I went to a Dentist. I only had 22 teeth. He advised getting 26 pulled. How is that a qualified medical oppinon. The Dentist agreed to no payment in exchange for me not complaining. I got this in writing.
The Dentist waited a year and wrote it off. I get it taken care of then back it comes. I faxed the rocks to no advail.
Got call from this number it's always automated. Way i look at it is if it's important buisness then i'd be speaking to a human not a machine. So it must not be that important. I get the calls like a dozen times a day i just don't answer it
