Received this call also. Asked that I return the call to 330-494-9494. Did not return the call. If they cannot tell me their name, they do not deserve the courtesy for a call-back.
This is NOT a county Credit agency - no such entity exists. This is CENTRALIZED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Canton, OH and their toll free # is 800-261-6120. They put a charge on my credit report for over $600.00. I haven't been to a doctor in more than three and a half years, so I don't know how they can do this. They won't tty unless you give them your ssn, and i'm not giving my ssn to ANYONE over the phone. They don't provide an acct # on the credit report concerning what it is related to or anything. The website states it is owned by a former NAVY VETERAN. SHAME ON YOU, you piece of SCUM.
Got a call from this yutz yesterday. First I was told to borrow the money!!!! Hello, I already told you that I am not working and can prove that I am trying. I offered them an arrangement, (they hire me and after 6 months, they can takes $100 a pay from me) I got laughed at. Then he threatened litigation. I told him to lose this number. As far as I know, a credit collection company can not do that.
thats illegal send them a certified registered letter telling them not to contact you by phone again.
If they do after signing nfor the letter they can be sued for damages
We also received the automated call from 330-494-9494. The caller ID had CBSC as the name. The auto message had my name on it! .. If you are MH than call this number back and gave me a reference number to give to whom I was calling back. I didn't write down the reference number but was preparing to call back with my name but thought I should look this up first before calling back to find out what the matter was about.
Did they tell you that they had a $600 charge on your credit report or did you see it on one of the official credit reports? This is so unnerving. I got a call from the same number and they had my name on the message. This makes me nervous!
