I received several phone calls from this gentleman about a case and he needed to get in touch with me asap. If he did not hear from me or my attorney he would take that as I decided to precede without counsel. His name was Kelvin wild.

This is an addition to my prior text. He also said this was mediation services. Kelvin Wild.

Mediation services - usually a fancy name for a debt collector.  That "proceed without council" is a bluff to scare you.  Phone calls, emails, texts, & faxes are NOT an official notification of debt either.  You will probably be told you will be arrested or a summons is coming  - NOT HAPPENING (and that is an illegal threat).
Note  the first poster said the caller refused to give information - also illegal!

I did look at the address the OP gave - which happens to belong to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration!  Do these scamming nitwits ever think about how people look up addresses, phone numbers, etc, online?  Obviously not!
