calls and auto puts u on hold with music , can stay on line fopr up top 5 mins with no human contact ,

I don't know why they called me

They left a message in Spanish on my voice mail.  Other times, it's only music.

I've picked up and been put on hold.  I assume this becuase there is music playing in the background.  I will not be put on hold when someone calls me!
