I had a missed call from them a little bit ago and was searching online to see who it is.
I don't know why a collection agency would be calling me, as I only have one credit card and it's always paid on time.
called, asked for an employee who no longer works here, insisted my company owed someone money - they didnt even have the right company. The woman had such a heavy accent she was almost impossible to understand, and obviously couldnt understand most of what I was saying to her. She was also very rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to find out the purpose of the call.
I keep getting called on my home phone from the same guys. An Indian sounding guy always says we owe some debt to Amazon.com from a month where we never even purchased anything. I figured they were fake, and he has still yet to send an official letter like we asked for weeks ago. Sounds fake to me. Someone really needs to stop people like this, it's annoying.
Judging from some of the posts, it seems as though their is outsourcing to a call center in India, which seems to all the rage for many companies these days.
