Frank Mart called, said our name and hung up.  I called the number and it was disconnected.  What is this?

Called 5:45 PM on a Sunday evening. Caller ID read 330-677-1910  Mart Frank.

Before answering, I looked up the number here and saw all these similar calls from this number. I won't be answering this call... ever.

man asked for me by name. claimed he was with cops with kids.
