A typical "Rachael from Card Services" call, except this one has a troubling difference. The Caller ID displayed seems to be spoofing a random phone number in the same local exchange as the number being called(!) This makes the 800Notes service less helpful (since there are no previous reports on the number being used) and the call is more likely to be picked up (since it looks like a harmless "local" call).
