It's a scam artist calling from New Deli. He tried to get me to let him access my computer to diagnose how the hackers are getting in, saying he is from Microsoft and my computer sent a signal. I said, So you want me to give you access to my computer? he said yes and repeated the reason, I said That's how hackers get into computers! Bye.
I got a call from the same number 33916800 and a man told me he was from Microsoft. He aaid that many hackers are connected to my computer, and he wants to help me to remove them. I told him I wasn't home. He asked what time can he call back to resolve the problem for me ? I said 2 pm These post has been helpful ..thanks. I now know how to handle this scammer
