Caller ID says "Weymouth, MA"

Left automated V/M with offer to lower my interest rates?  On what?  Don't know.

Block...Buh bye.

p/c f: (339) 201-9313 Weymouth, MA on 21Mar2016 @ 1:35PM MDT.  An incomplete female voice message.  First part of the message is missing.  Female foreign voice at the end saying; "Goodbye."  Absolutely; block it.

Every day they call my cell from a new number. Do they really think I would think they are legit calling from different numbers to trick the uninformed? Ha ha.

I have blocked...so far, 3 different numbers, all from this act now for low interest Credit Cards.
Infuriating, I am getting them on my home land line AND my cell!
