Caller said a credit card company had given them my info and said I would benefit from 0% interest rate for 2 years. I do not have a regular credit card- only a bank debit card thru Master Card. "Rachel" said she had all of my info but wanted me to confirm it. I asked her to tell me first what info she had. She told me because of some kind of weird unknown regulation, she couldn't tell me because she couldn't confirm who she had called.??? I hung up.
