"Carmen from Cardholder Services" called again today, as she does most days from various phone numbers.
Is this continual calling a crime?
I have a not listed phone number which is also unlisted.
I am also on the government NO call list which offers no protection at all from unwanted callers.
Credit Card Services called from 319-493-7775 at 3:15 pm.
My husband answered the phone and was transferred to "Dan" (heavy foreign accent; so can't be sure of the name).
After concluding "Dan" wasn't interested in anything but getting his credit card numbers, my husband hung up.
Earlier in the day, we got a call from "Carmen at Cardholder Services" at 1:26 pm from 339-499-5766.
I hung up.
These apparent phishing scam unsolicited calls should be a crime, in my opinion.
We are on the NO CALL list and have a not listed & unlisted phone number.
