It's [***] Rachel from Cardholder Services. I think she changes her phone number more often than her underwear. Why can't the Feds do si ething about these scammers? They listen in to our phone calls and read our emails but yet are impotent when it comes to stopping these scammers. Everyone at the FTC should be fired as they do NOTHING!

I selected 1 to talk to them and soon as I asked them for there name they hung up.
