I got a call today (3/8/13) from guy with a thick dialect...maybe Indian...but the number was "unknown." This was my second call, the other one was yesterday from a woman with a thick dialect. I gave both of them a really hard time because I knew it was a scam! I finally told the guy today that I thought this was a scam and would he remove my name from their call list...which he said he would do (yeah! right!). It really throws them off when you interrupt their "script" to ask questions. I do this about a minute and hang up.

www.supportonclick.com is a very good brand. I had a problem with my HP printer The Hp guy came to my place took 100 $ but not able to fix the problem. But that day a gu call me from supportonclick and told me that they can help me out... so i gave a chance to them within 10 to 15 min. they solve my problem and they charge me 54 $. and provide me 6 months waranty on my computer. So i think this is not a scam. thnaks supportonclick. Alfred
It's pretty funny, the last two entries before mine are from the scammers!! One of their buddies just called me earlier and claimed my computer was running slow and was about to crash. When he wanted my IP address to fix my 'problem' I said 'goodbye' in a hurry.
I got a call from the supportonclick.com guys yesterday afternoon. they asked if my computer was running slow, my computer is really nagging me for quite some time with its speed, so I said yes.
The guys were quite helpful and friendly, and helped me to fix it in a few mintues. The machine is considerably faster now.
dunno scam or not, but i am satisfied with the service. And I don't get it, if they provide quality service in lieu of money, how can they be regarded as scammers?
Hmmmm...let's see, the last response said "heck, no! This is no scam!" Well, then why in the world would they be doing a reverse lookup on the number. Just got a call from these folks, and smelled a scam immediately.
