The Call came from a Cathy Wilson who says that I have taken out a payday loan with cash advance USA and that the amount of the loan is $200.00 if I choose to pay out of Court it is $325.36 and if I go to court and loose Which is suppose to be in California will be over $5000.00. I have not taken out a pay day loan in over 2 years and it has been paid in full so whoever she is this is a scam and I will wait for the sherriff to come and serve me the papers.

A James Anderson from a law firm called Dawson & Associates, in New York said I took out a paid day loan in the amount of $300.00 and I never paid it back and they threaten to call my job, etc. I don't know who this person is and I don't know what they are talking about.
