I have received calls from this number before. The person, this time, (man speaking with Indian accent) that SS number was under investigation. He said his name was Matt Dawson. He sounded like he was on a speaker phone. Last time, the phone call came through, it was Kathy Wilson from Jackson Law Firm. And they actually came up with a case number. Yes, these people have a web page under Jackson Law Firm. I am planning on making a complaint with the BBB. This really have to stop.
I just got a call from them at work. This is not the first time, either. They always use different company names, and different phone numbers, but give the same stupid information. I have told them off, reported them to everyone I could think of, and they will continue to call. At times I have gotten at least 4-5 calls per day from them on my work and cell phone. The receptionist in my office went so far as to tell them I no longer work here. I thought they had finally given up until I heard the voicemail today. This one (complete with the thick Indian accent) claimed to be John Smith. I did not catch the supposed company name. Only the phone number. I wish they could be stopped. This is ridiculous!
I got a phone call from them today, same thing like everyone is saying. But this guys name was Shawn woods. For a second she sacred me i was about to give him my bank info to payout but they didnt want it but wanted me to pay in a reload card. like WHAT .... they wanted to to buy a reload card give them the pin # and they will cash out from there. this sounds very fishy. :/ so i guess im going to be waiting for my paper from court.
I had a voicemail from this number saying that it was a response to my mortgage loan application. Problem #1 I have never applied for a mortgage loan in my life. The other day I recieved a call from the phone number 207-809-1198 claiming that there was a lawsuit against my SSN #. Both very Indian sounding people wiith very American names. I didn't give them enough time to ask for anything, initially it is scary but after putting all the pieces together it is so obviously a scam.
