Bernis called and said he was calling the Owner regarding a personal matter. Identified hiself as the FBI.
Big mistake Bernie...impersonating an Agent is a crime!

Demanded in a strident American male voice that I call back right away, and that it was "serious".

"Bernie" Demanding to speak to the boss or the owner.  He said his father was about to bulldoze our building with people in it.  But we have several buildings.  Hasn't done his research obviously.  Said he was from AWI Investigations

"Bernie" called, saying his "boss" was going to "go thru with it". Asked who his boss was and he said "John Wellington with the CIA".

Called asked for Owner(Hasn't been in for 2 years) and said he had a buyer ready to call him asap.... Scam. Called him back said he worked for A&I? Fraudster.
