If you absolutely have to answer the phone, wait till you get a person on the line then let them hear what a police whistle sounds like!!! :-)

I have good news and bad news.  The good news is that the whole whistle/air horn thing will damage hearing.  The bad news is that it will be your hearing that is damaged.  That whistle/air horn thing is an urban myth.

Called on the cell. No message was left. Probably just another scum bucket scammer.

Called yesterday. Didn't answer, no message. Caller ID showed Cust Service.  Should be cussed service.

They called today and I picked up the phone and immediately I disconnected it. Obvious dumb scammer.
