I was told that this number is Easy Auto Loan and I was approved for a car loan. I'm not certain how they acquired my name, number, and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. They claimed I was approved for 5000.00 and they would deposit it in my checking accounting, after explaining I was uncomfortable with giving my checking information I was told to Western Union or get a prepaid debit card to pay a small 'transferring fee'. I explained I was uncomfortable with that as well and please remove me from list. Today after I expression my frustration with repetitive calls, I was asked How old am I, am I married because he like my voice, can we meet. Extremely menacing and unprofessional, I called back several times and got more foolishness. This must me lawbreaking!!!!! What should I do?
They began calling about 1 month ago now. They've used at least 3 different numbers all leading to the same company. They're nothing but scammers from India because every call I get is from those with obvious Indian accent.I gave them completely wrong information so thay won't use anything real. The other numbers I have are 386-868-1054, 305-507-4369 in addition to this 386-256-1336 making at least 3 and I believe I have about 5 as I go through the call log since I'm making an FCC Complaint and I intend to follow up so they don't just drop it.
they keep calling me and saying im aproved for a auto loan. i told them i dont wont one. they have called me 7 times today. i ask to speak with a supervisor and they said they dident have one available. then they went to making noises at me i hung up and they called back.
I've gotten several calls from them looking for Christopher R. He had my number SEVEN years ago. Several Creditors have called looking for him including child support enforcement. This company is particularly persistent. I have reported them on the do not call registry also. How can we get action from the registry? Perhaps we should call the registry numerous times. OOPS! that won't work, cuz they will probably put us on the registry. (sarcasm)
Do you have any more information besides the fact that someone called your home? Please consider the fact that people here are trying to help you and that the more information (useful information) you can provide, the better the chances are that someone will be able to assist you.
