Actually the DNC does work. But only as to law abiding telemarketers. It will not stop scofflaws or criminals. The people who are calling you are hard-core Indian scammers and ignore all US laws. Call blocker wold be helpful I think.

Good luck with that. You'd have to find them first. How can you do that? They are among about a billion people in India and the Indian government rarely does anything to close down these call-centers. Lawsuits aren't going to work because you don't know who they are and you don't know where they are exactly.
