The call actually came from 8134642366 but in the text field was 3862671892. If this number does belong to Bright House, it at least makes some sense. I am a customer. They call four times never leaving a message.
The top line of the caller ID read: 3862671892, then the bottom line read: 813-464-2366. I have not answered and they have not left any message. Some of the other posts have mentioned possible connections to the cable companies and eBay. My cable provider is Comcast. Coincidentally or not, I was inactive on eBay for months until just about a week ago. The phone calls began a few days after I began using eBay.
I called the number back and a message says they are "Evergreen" and they are call on behalf of your cable or internet provider with a special offer. It gave me the option to push (1) for a call back or (2) put my number on their do not call list, which I did. Painless enough.
